4 GOOD EXAMPLE (C) spoken a very good example of something or an object that is a particularly good, large, or pleasant one of its type: We had a turkey at Easter - a real beauty it was. | That black eye's a beauty, Justin!
5 APPROVAL (you) beauty! AustrE spoken used to show that you are very pleased by something: Look at this lunch. Beauty! | You beauty! You've made my day.
6 beauty is in the eye of the beholder used to say that different people have different opinions about what is beautiful
